A space to vent, share, meet other parents and generally feel heard and supported. As a local parent myself I have always appreciated meeting other parents who may be going through similar milestones or struggles. As a therapist I recognise the importance of others feeling validated, seen and heard. So why not combine to two! I'll be at Coco's from 12pm on Thursday for roughly an hour and would love to see as many new faces as possible! Completely free. Kids and friendly dogs welcome- see you there!
