Giorgia will meet you exactly where you are — helping you feel grounded, capable, and strong from the inside out.

About Giorgia Mancioppi
Giorgia is a former athlete and ICU nurse turned certified fitness coach, specializing in prenatal and postpartum training. With her background in high-performance sports and healthcare, she brings a unique blend of strength, safety, and compassion to her coaching.
Through her signature Giorgia fitMom and Giorgia fitMindset programs, Giorgia combines strength and conditioning with PelviCore integration—teaching women how to safely train their bodies while caring for their pelvic floor and abs.
Tuesdays, January 20 - March 10 | 12 - 1 pm | $25 per class, $176 for session
