What do sessions look like?
• A peaceful floor circle with cushions in a cozy setting
• Take into account sensory requirements like a calm ambiance, soft lighting, and essential tools
• Participate in a grounding mindfulness session
• Theme for each week
• Foster an open environment for discussions, chats, sharing achievements and difficulties, and offering a space for listening
• Offer light refreshments
