Join us for an open, honest, and supportive panel discussion designed specifically for new and expecting parents who live with ADHD. Hosted by Justin and Heather Gillespie, a husband-and-wife therapist team who both have ADHD and co-lead Superior Center for ADHD, this session is a safe space to ask questions, hear lived experiences, and gain practical strategies for navigating parenthood with ADHD.

• Justin and Heather Gillespie are both licensed therapists and founders of Superior Center, where they specialize in supporting individuals, couples, and families living with ADHD. Their clinical expertise is uniquely informed by their own experiences as parents with ADHD.
• Together, they’ve walked the path of pregnancy, birth, postpartum transitions, and early parenting while managing ADHD — giving them insight into the emotional, executive-functioning, and relational challenges that many ADHD parents face.
