Join our interactive and practical two part workshop to lay out a simple plan to lay a strong foundation for positive parenting and give some real practical support. The workshop will look at:

• A new way to look at challenging behaviour and discipline

• Managing tricky transitions and setting boundaries

• Building lifelong connections with our children

• Establishing loving, age-sensitive boundaries that help children feel safe and settled, particularly during times of change
• Our hopes and dreams for our children, and examining our 'role' as a parent
