Join us for a skills-based class designed specifically for parents raising children with ADHD. Whether you’re navigating emotional outbursts, school struggles, constant reminders, or sibling conflict, this class will give you practical tools to respond with more clarity, confidence, and calm. In this class, you’ll learn how to:

• Set boundaries that actually work
• Understand the ADHD brain and how it impacts behavior
• Reduce yelling, shame, and meltdowns

This class is grounded in neuroscience, attachment theory, and evidence-based strategies that respect both your child’s needs and your own capacity as a parent.
Who this class is for: Parents, caregivers, or guardians of children (ages 4–12) diagnosed with or suspected to have ADHD. Whether you’re new to the diagnosis or have been at this for years, you’ll walk away with tools you can use immediately.
