The group sessions will be facilitated by Rebekah Best, MA, LMHC. Rebekah Best is a licensed mental health counselor and mother of two with certifications in marriage & family therapy as well as brain development & neuroscience. She specializes in supporting children and their families to address behavioral challenges, emphasizing strong relationships as the foundation to a healthier family life.
