Whatever stage of parenting you're in, this is a conference that will leave you feeling more empowered and encouraged that your parenting can be great. We believe that Jesus cares about every parenting relationship and desires for every parent to be healthy so they can reveal the goodness of the gospel to their kids and their city!

Info: Through their work as parents, business owners, and speakers, Fred and Susan Caldwell have impacted thousands of families by offering encouragement and guidance rooted in faith and experience. With over 20 years of experience in mentoring parents, they are passionate to see parents equipped with biblical principles and practical wisdom in order to navigate the challenges of raising children. In this session, Fred & Susan will guide parents through the evolving roles of caregiver, cop, coach, and consultant so parents walk away with a practical framework to help them on their journey of parenting.

Info: Each breakout session is intended to help parents in their specific stage of parenting. Feel free to join the breakout session that is most relevant to you as parents. There will be another breakout session following lunch (breakouts will cover the same topics) so that parents with kids in different seasons can get the most out a session they may have missed in the first breakout.

Info: The CARETAKER role (roughly zero to five-year-old stage) is physically and emotionally demanding, where children are entirely dependent on their caregivers for survival. What does it look like to leverage this time to nurture and support the child's development? The COP role (roughly 5-12 year-old stage) is just as challenging, but different! What does it look like for parents to establish rules, boundaries, and discipline, teaching children right from wrong? Come ready for a great conversation!
