About this Event
Parenting doesn’t come with a manual—but it helps to have a village. Join us every Thursday morning for Parenting 101, a welcoming and judgment-free space for caregivers of young children to come together, share experiences, and build their parenting toolkit. Each week we’ll explore different topics like positive discipline, managing big emotions, routines that work, self-care for parents, and more.
Led by a compassionate facilitator, sessions will include group discussion, expert tips, and time to connect with others who get it. Whether you're a new parent or just looking for support and ideas, you’ll leave feeling heard, understood, and a little more confident in your parenting journey.
Babies and toddlers are welcome to join—there will be quiet toys and sensory activities available to help keep little hands busy.
