Parent&Me: Music and Meditation Workshop
Come join us for a relaxing and fun workshop where you and your little one can unwind together through music and meditation. This in-person event will be held at 19417 N 61st Ave, providing a peaceful atmosphere for you and your child to connect and be present. Let the soothing sounds of music and guided meditation help you both relax and bond in a unique way. No experience necessary, just bring an open mind and a willingness to enjoy the moment with your little one. Don't miss out on this special opportunity to create lasting memories with your child!
My son Jensen will be joining me for our first event together, to help inspire parents to find new ways to empower their children. Jensen is one of my greatest teachers, and my hope is that you will see how powerful your child is and reflect the ways they have taught you something instead of feeling like you are the one guiding and teaching them. Throughout our time together we will enjoy snacks, a meditation and sound bath, fun activity, and reading one of our favorite books!
May you walk away with new tools to help guide and reconnect you and your child when experiencing big feelings and tough moments.
Wear comfortable clothes and bring your favorite blanket and/or stuffy!
