Parental guilt is shaped by pressure and fear. It's time to release shame, trust instincts, and redefine what it means to be "good."
About this Event

PARENTAL GUILT

The weight of parental guilt is heavy - shaped by unsolicited advice, impossible standards, and the unspoken pressure to be everything at once. From the fear of failing our children to the burden of social expectations, we’ll explore how guilt seeps into parenting and how we can release the shame, trust our instincts, and redefine what it means to be a “good” parent on our own terms.

We’re kicking things off with a writing workshop before the event starts! we’ll provide prompts related to the event theme to help you reflect on and express your thoughts, whether you're preparing to speak or just engaging with the theme in your own way. It’s a great way to ground yourself in the topic and connect with others before the main event.
