We are pleased to announce that on Thursday 2nd May, TS Tamatoa Navy Cadets will be hosting a parent open evening along with our AGM. We are hoping that all parents will be able to make time for this event which happens once a year.For those new to Cadets this will be an opportunity for you to understand and learn the opportunities that are available to your Cadets. It is also an opportunity to share ideas with other parents and meet the Officer team in a social setting.
The agenda for the evening is:
- Unit Commander’s Update
- Presentations from two cadets on their experiences on the Coxswains and International Sea Cadet Exchange to Australia
- Committee Reports & Appointment of Committee Positions
- General Business
- Refreshments
Please try and make an effort to attend to support the Officers and Unit Support Committee who have organised this event. Feel free to bring along anyone who is interested in your Cadets development, grandparents etc. If you are arriving early please feel free to make your way upstairs to the Wardroom on arrival.
