Spend a fun spring afternoon learning to make delicious baked goods with your child, grandchild, etc. and adding to your baking repertoire with delicious new recipes and techniques for sweet and savory dishes. Adult-child pairs will make and bake the following (and will get to take some home to enjoy with friends and family): Chocolate and Orange Tarts (made with Chef Joel's favorite dough) and served with delicious Chocolate Crème Chantilly; tasty Spinach and Feta Rolls with Oregano and Lemon Butter; and scrumptious Raspberry Cakes with White Chocolate Glaze.
