I’m very excited to collaborate with Link Fitness here in Weston to bring a Parent-Child Fitness Class! We’re offering two class options to accommodate families! Friday, November 7th! Here’s the details:
🏋🏻♀️ Open to all fitness levels! You don’t need to be a bodybuilder to come move your body with Michelle!
🏋️ This class is for the parent AND child. Yep! You’ll be moving together! Bring your littles (0-5years), unfortunately older siblings will not be able to join this event.
🏋️♂️ This is a FREE event! No Gym Membership required, but you may want to after all the fun!
🏋🏻♀️ Space is limited, registration is required!
🏋️ Be sure to choose the time you would like to attend. 11am or 5:30pm
