Celebrate the culture and cuisine of Mexico for Cinco de Mayo! In this fun, hands-on cooking class, adult-child pairs will learn to make these favorites from South (and north) of the Border: Huevos Rancheros with Fresh-made Refried Beans, Fried (as-you-like) Eggs, Crispy Corn Tortillas and Roasted Tomato Salsa; Breakfast Burritos with Soft Scrambled Eggs, Cheddar Cheese, Sweet Potato Hash, and Homemade Beef Chorizo (optional); Homemade Pico de Gallo; and delicious crispy-fried Cinnamon Churros for dessert.
