Navigating mental health care can be overwhelming, especially during transition or discharge.
As a mental health provider, I’ve supported countless families through this critical stage and I’ve seen firsthand how confusing and emotional it can feel trying to figure out what’s next. Understanding the differences in levels of care and knowing how to advocate for your child makes all the difference.
I’m representing my private practice in offering the Parent Transition & Discharge Seminar to give parents practical guidance, clarity, and reassurance during one of the most important times in their teen’s recovery journey.
