About this Event
Explore the possibilities of creating an edible work of art. Will you and your child be inspired to create a scene from a garden, a floral fantasy, a seaside vignette, or an abstract, but totally edible, masterpiece? We'll provide you with the raw dough and an assortment of toppings, including, but not limited to, fresh vegetables, herbs, olives, capers, and roasted peppers. While your bread bakes, we’ll show you how to produce a basic focaccia and you’ll sample some with a variety of toppings and fillings. You'll take your decorated loaf with you at the end of class.
For 1 adult & 1 child, ages 7 - 17.
Menu
- Decorate prepared focaccia dough with an assortment of fresh vegetables, herbs, and condiments.
- You'll take your decorated, baked loaf with you at the end of class.
Safety & Precautions
- You will receive a link to a waiver in an email 2 days prior to your class. We ask that you return a signed copy of the waiver for each attendee via email prior to class.
- Classes are limited to a maximum of two hours. For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed time of the class.
- Some COVID-related restrictions may apply.
