We'll be making a fun Santa stuck-in-a-chimney cake in this brilliant festive parent and child class!This wonderful class will cover:
Cutting and layering a 6" chocolate orange sponge cake
Filling a sponge cake with chocolate buttercream
Preparing a crumb coat on your cake with chocolate ganache
Learning how to create textured sugarpaste using embossers
Learning how to apply sugarpaste to a cake neatly
Covering the top of your cake with sugarpaste and edible snow effects
Creating your own edible models of Santas legs and feet, along with some presents
Covering a cake board and applying a snow effect
Creating Lettering and applying it to your board
This class is a brand new addition to our schedule and is a detailed class. It will give you the opportunity to accompany your child for a more in depth class where you will be able to learn and have fun creating a wonderful themed cake together.
This class has been designed for an adult and child to attend together to complete the class - the price is for one adult and one child to create one cake.
All the equipment, tools and edible materials you need will be provided for you to use during the class.
