Age Restrictions
For ages 7-17
Description
Working with a small team, you and your child will create two fillings and several dipping sauces and then your nimble fingers will fill and pleat the dumplings. After all of the fun, you and your child will sample a variety of dumplings with your sauces as our instructors offer tips on steaming, frying and boiling these bite-sized morsels.
For Adult & Child; Children must be between the ages of 7 and 17 years old and must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

Our instructors will show you how to stir-fry the filling for
Yin-Yang Vegetable Pockets with Soy-Vinegar Dipping Sauce.
Then you'll create the fillings for the Siu Mai, Wontons, and two sauces:
Martin Yan’s Surefire Siu Mai (Chicken & Vegetable Dumplings)
Grace Young’s Pork & Shrimp-filled Wontons
Traditional Chinese Dipping Sauces
Safety & Precautions
At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.
For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
