Aimee has been a local yoga teacher in North Devon for 14 years. In 2019, when pregnant with her first baby, she trained in pregnancy and postnatal yoga and began offering Yoga classes in this specialist area in 2021. Since having her boys - the first born in the lockdown of 2020, and her second born in January 2023, Aimee has become incredibly passionate about supporting women through their pregnancy journey, and providing a space for parents to come together, connect and relax.
