This is a meet up/walk, including hills, around tehidy (with a cafe at the end) we will get warm.We're going to meet just inside the granite posts at 10, ready to go. Heading up in to the pine wood, across the rickety bridge, up again in to the main woods and back down for a drink & snack. We will be doing some exercises along the way at various times too.
This is open to any parent and baby, you don't have to be coming to classes parent and baby pilates classes with RUFIT.
