It's what road cyclists do when the weather gets awful and they want to have fun--stake out a course in a park, and ride around in the rain and mud for an hour, run up hills, slip and slide back down.
Don't have a cyclocross bike? Then you don't have a problem! Ride your gravel bike, mountain bike, or even road bike with skinny knobby tires.
