Meet at Tidal Cafe Unit 5/28 Seaport Blvd, Launceston TAS 7250 at 11am
ParaQuad Tasmania will be purchasing coffees on behalf of guests with disability who are attending.
Join us for an optional social 30min group exercise along the North Esk River after a coffee and a chat from 12PM.
