Every year, we gather in person, to bring you a smogasbord of parapsychological topics from researchers and experiencers! This year, we will be presenting intriguing information on Telepathy, Precognition, Psychedelic Psychotherapy, and the Yowie!

Is psychic ability something you are born with or something that can be developed? A case study of an Australian man who developed clairvoyance in his 40s.
This talk seeks to answer this question through exploring a case study of the events over a two-year period where the speaker underwent a psychic awakening.
Sean Mulligan (Psychological resilience researcher; Novice Mystic) - former officer in the Australian Army. He was part of the Royal Australian Engineers and commanded combat and support engineering formations.
The Enigma of Precognition
A 2011 paper published by Daryl Bem, a professor at Cornell University created a firestorm of controversy by reporting experimental results showing that humans can predict the occurrence of completely random events at better than chance level! In this talk, Dr Silberstein will briefly review the most common model proposed for precognition before discussing a precognition model suggested by neuroscience findings.
Professor Richard Silberstein (Professor Emeritus at Swinburne University of Technology) He served as chairman of the Department of Physics and subsequently as founding director of the Swinburne University Brain Sciences Institute before retiring.
Psychedelic Psychotherapy
Psychoactive substances occur throughout the natural world and have been used by various indigenous cultures for thousands of years for healing, learning and divination. Monika’s presentation discusses the history and resurgence of the therapeutic use of psychedelics.

Tracking the Lore: Filming the Australian Bigfoot
Based on Attila Kaldy’s documentary ”Tracking the Lore”, Attila will present new information on Australia’s Bigfoot, the ‘Yowie’. Attila’s documentary has a strong indigenous element and Attila will share his journey and the knowledge he has gained during filming.

Chaired by Dr Vladimir Dubaj - B.Sc. (Honours) in Neurophysiology, and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Instrumentation. He is the founder and President of the Australian Parapsychological Research Association (APRA), and current President of the AIPR.
