30 East Drive Paranormal Event/Ghost hunt (18+)

Lucy-paranormal-Journey Ltd is welcoming guests to book tickets and join me and the team for an evening of paranormal investigation at 30 East drive for 1 night only.

Two families lived in this house there are story of why it haunted by the black monk name fred join going back again this place made me feel uneasy this time i am staying at the house god help me.

Night include

Location

• All guests must be 18 years or older.
• Not suitable for those who are pregnant.
• No alcohol/drug allowed or be influence you will be asked to leave or refused entry.
• This location is not suitable for wheelchair users
• parking in streets

What to bring

• You’re welcome to bring your own equipment(NO OUJIA BOARD ALLOWED ONSITE), we will be providing paranormal equipment to use.
• The investigation will be in darkness so please bring a torch with you everyone must had one and spare battery too.
• bring your phone/camera with you, the more pictures we have the better chance we have of capturing something, please tags us in any photo/video Lucy-paranormal-journey Ltd on all social sites.
• Guests are strongly advised to wear comfortable/sensible footwear and warm layered of clothing on the nights.
• If sleeping over bring bedding and pillow and pop up beds

SOME OF BILL STORY

In September 1954 Bill and Barbara Farrars with their 2 and a half year old daughter Jane moved out of his parents house into 30 East Drive being the first family to move into this house.

It is said that 30 East Drive and 79 Chequerfield Road both of these houses are built over half each of an old well that was on this site .

Bill wants to make the house like a home by putting a cupboard up in the kitchen and wallpaper on the wall which would not stay up.

the house would never warm up and was always cold, council workers would come out and find nothing wrong.

Jane was a different baby when at 30 East drive wouldn't settle alway crying but when Bill's parents were a very happy baby and would sleep soundly,Jane would have blood marks and scratches on her face and she would have mittles on her hands too.

Some events that would happen when Barbara and Bill were home would echo in the empty rooms.

Tapping would be heard,vase would move and knick-knacks that would be on the fireplace would move or disappear with Bill tools.

They would find Jane toy pram hood and settee would have rips and tears cut when no one was home

Barbara couldn't sleep with the curtains closed; they had to be open every night before the lights were turned off. This carried on after she left 30 East Drive.

Bill came home from work to be told they are swapping their home with the Jean Pritchards family. What happened to Barbara in that house she tells Bill or talks about the house after that day.

It is said that a niece remembers Barbara and her mum talking about finding a pillow over Jane's face.Is this why she wanted to leave before something bad happens to her daughter with this same phenomena who later grows stronger.

SOME OF JEANS PRITCHARD STORY

In August 1966 Jean and Joe moved into 30 East Drive with their daughter Diane (12)and son Phillip (15).

It was not long before the phenomena started to show what it can do. It was Phillip and his grandmother who witnessed it first sign was.

Fine layer of chalk-like dust falling from the ceiling, then a pool of water would appear on the kitchen floor which they would clean up and appear again.

The next 7yrs the Pritchard family will wintress paranormal activity which will end up turning to an violence towards diane.

It started with cupboards shaking violently,lights turning on and off by themself,Photographs being slashed with a knife shape.

The family tried to gain peace and called the priest into the home to do an exorcism which made Fred which is what the family called him  worse and would attack people physically and became angry. 

Joe was not a believer until something happened to him in their cold bunker which changed his mind after that day.

Joe and Jean were in bed when their bedroom door opened and there was a robed figure in their doorway with an black hood who they called Fred but would also be known as the (Black Monk) he made himself be seen by family and friends of the Prtchards family.

The worse was to come when Fred terrified poor Diane who was dragged up the staircase by an unseen force which was wintress by Jean and Phillip, which left a fingermark around her throat that left the Pritchard family realise that Fred is capable of harm.

In 1968 the local press called Fred (mr nobody) this was recognised as being a violent poltergeist in European history.

Phillip claimed to see the Black Monk disappear into the floor of the house which felt more at peace after two years of being terrified.

Jean refused to be terrorised out of her home and lived here for 25 years until she went into a retirement home.

Diane and Phillip grew up and moved out living  there own lives,

Sadly on 21st June 1986 Joe passed away in the bathroom upstairs the coroner ruled he died of a heart attack.

some more history

It is said that Chequerfield  Estate is built on a former battleground site of three bloody clashes in the English Civil War in 1642-1651.

Also said the monk that haunted the house was said to M**der young girls and disposed of the body in the well that the house sits over,and that he was hanged nearby there is no record of this.
