Welcome to the Building Industry Association of the Red River Valley’s Parade of Homes – where the warmth of tradition meets the excitement of innovation in home design and construction.Since its inception in the fall of 1961, this community event has been a pillar of our region, rooted in the vision of local trendsetters in the construction industry.
Over the decades, the Parade has grown into a celebration of craftsmanship and creativity, reflecting the spirit of home building in our community.
The Parade's Spring Edition is the first two weekends in May plus Mondays. Admission is free except for our select Luxurious Featured Homes which require a $5 ticket benefiting charity.
