Paper Quilling Workshop: Filipino-American Heritage Fest

During our free celebration of Filipino culture, artist Loreta Lontoc will lead participants in a free paper quilling workshop. Space is limited and registration is required.

Quilling is the intricate art of rolling, shaping, and gluing strips of paper into ornate designs. Under Loreta's tutelage, participants of all ages can create a beautiful quilled flower!
