Panel event hosted by the Aotearoa Legal Workers' Union: Are you still studying but wondering what it's really like to work as a junior lawyer? Or a recent graduate thinking about where to work, and how to balance a law job with other parts of your life? ALWU presents a panel to talk about what you can expect as a junior lawyer, and what you can do about some of the issues you may encounter. Hear a range of real experiences from across the public and private sectors, from panellists who've worked as junior barristers, in big firms, as judges' clerks, in criminal defence and for the Crown. Join us Thursday, 23 May at 5.30 pm in Victoria University's Law Common Room, Old Government Buildings. Food and drink provided!
