Pandji began his career in the entertainment industry as a radio announcer before transitioning into television, where he gained popularity as a presenter. However, it was in stand-up comedy that Pandji truly found his voice. He became a pioneer of the stand-up comedy movement in Indonesia, helping to popularize the art form and mentoring a new generation of comedians.
About 10,000 Hours Tour
One of Pandji's most ambitious projects was his "10,000 Hours Tour”. The premise of the tour was inspired by Malcolm Gladwell's idea that it takes 10,000 hours of practice to achieve mastery in any field. This tour was particularly significant as it marked Pandji's first English-speaking tour, expanding his audience beyond Indonesia. Pandji embarked on a mission to perform stand-up comedy across multiple cities in North America, Europe, and Asia, with the goal of refining his craft through relentless practice.
