About PANDAS Trafford
PANDAS Trafford is an in-person support group providing twice-monthly sessions for parents (to babies and young children) or those expecting. We support parents and parents-to-be who are seeking social support and comfort from others who are facing difficulty within pregnancy, the post natal period and beyond.
We are a group run by mothers who ourselves struggled in various ways after having our children. We are all passionate about perinatal mental health and our support group exists to support those in our local community who need it.

About this event
Our wonderful group leaders Vicky and Hannah will be leading this enjoyable craft session. We will be creating affirmation flowers, drawing and collage using nature as inspiration. Weather permitting we will take our session outside into the beautiful garden space at our venue, the Bump and Baby Hideout.
We welcome babies at our sessions and we are on hand to help, should you need it, to help you fully take part in the session.
