This course provides a practical and comprehensive foundation for a yoga teaching career and has been designed to meet the US Yoga Alliance requirements.
You will:
● Learn a teaching methodology that is simple, accessible, and universal to all yoga styles,
● Gain a firm understanding of anatomy and its practical application to poses,
● Learn peak pose sequencing, which will solidify their understanding of asana and enable
them to structure classes effectively,
● Practice and teach fundamental meditation and pranayama techniques,
● Gain a clear understanding of yoga history and the real-world application of key
philosophical texts (The Yoga Sutra and the Bhagavad Gita),
● Participate in specific practices, asana labs, practice teaching, and structured practicums
that will deepen their personal practice and elevate their teaching.
