Welcome to Pamper Day!
Come join us for a day of relaxation and self-care at our event on Sun, Jan 26, 2025 starting at 12:00 PM. The location is at Pieter Nieuwlandstraat 95, Amsterdam.
We believe in the commitment to taking care of each other - and being cared for. Every month we offer a guided day session of pampering with techniques rooted in shiatsu and acupuncture, curated to help you feel supported. Come with another person and learn how to care and being cared for. Feel free to bring a friend or participate as a pair. A light Ayurvedic lunch is provided.
The first edition is dedicated to the warming quality of ginger. We will teach you how to prepare a ginger compress, how to apply it and we will share the benefits of the compress from a shiatsu point of view. On this day you will be served a light Ayurvedic lunch that supports your immune system.
When we pay attention to our needs with sincerity, we soothe and restore our energy.
