Palettes and Pigments is a plein air fundraising event for Scott Manor House Museum in Bedford. This year the event will highlight the beauty of nature in and around Bedford. Participation is open to artists over 16 years of age and at all experience levels. ALL participants MUST be registered to be eligible for sales and awards. Due to display-space limitations, the number of registrants may be limited. Registration will be “first come, first served”.
