Here is our chosen 3 excellent varieties:
1. Gillardeau – Coming from Marennes Oléron, these oysters are recognizable by the laser engraving of a "G", symbol of the originality and uniqueness of the product.
Considered the “Dom Perignon” of oysters, it is nutty, pulpy and succulent with a one-of-a-kind sweetness. 🏆
2. Legris – From the very northern tip of Brittany, these oysters offer elegant spring notes of wild garlic, perfect for the most demanding palates.
3. Prestige des Mers – With a light saltiness and a chive aftertaste, these oysters are a real pleasure for the palate.
All naturally accompanied by our special vinaigrette, the demi-sel “Bordier” butter (one of the best on the French market) and our homemade 7-grain toasted black bread.

* getting there and back - the venue is out of the city centre, about 15min by taxi
* champagne (dry and aged over 10 years) instead of prosecco
