This week, we transport your senses to the vibrant souks and rich cultural heritage of Morocco. Our Executive Chef has crafted a phenomenal three-course dinner featuring the bold, aromatic spices and slow-cooked perfection that define Moroccan cuisine.
The Three-Course Moroccan Menu
First Course:
Shaved Carrot and Citrus Salad:
A refreshing start featuring delicate shavings of carrot and bright citrus segments, combined with a surprising textural crunch from dehydrated sardines and crispy chickpeas. Finished with jewel-toned pomegranates and tossed in a warming cumin saffron vinaigrette.
Second Course:
Slow Braised Harissa Short Ribs:
Our showstopper! Tender short ribs slow-braised to perfection with spicy, smoky harissa. This is served over a fluffy bed of couscous, accompanied by a savory diced butternut squash tagine, creamy goat cheese, and garnished with vibrant bulls blood micro greens.
Third Course:
Mhalabia:
A traditional, luxurious dessert. This creamy cinnamon milk pudding is gently infused with exotic orange blossom water, creating a beautifully fragrant finish. Topped with chopped pistachios and delicate edible roses.
