VIEWS TO LIVE FOR EMAAR DUBAI CREEK HARBOUR
Dubai Creek harbour is a new community which is located right next to Ras Al Khor wildlife sanctuary where you can find a variety of not only the brightest pink flamingos and exotic birds but crustaceans, mammals and fish as well. Dubai Creek Harbour development is a smart green city built on a cultural heritage located 10 minutes away from Downtown Dubai.
Dubai Creek Harbour aims to bring synergy between responsible city living and creating an awareness of sustainable biodiversity. This new community has so much to offer in terms of retail, cultural and residential spaces. Not only will this new community double the size of Downtown but also be home to the Dubai Creek Tower which is planned to be the world's tallest at 928m. The oval-shaped bud at the top of the tower will house a hotel and 10 observation decks including The Pinnacle Room. Residents and visitors will be mesmerised and can take in 60-degree panoramic views of the city.
The other exciting project to be completed is the Dubai Square, a tech-driven retail hub, adjacent the Tower. Measuring 2.6-million square metres, it will be a retail, hospitality and residential district with its very own Chinatown.
