Begin your night with a welcome glass of sparkling Calamus Crackle and exclusive access to the Behind the Broken Bottle Speakeasy, featuring a Valentine’s-exclusive cocktail menu (available for purchase). From there, head to our Loft for a four-course, candlelit dinner, each course thoughtfully paired with Calamus wines. After dinner, return to the speakeasy to continue the celebration with handcrafted cocktails and live entertainment.
🍽️ Four-Course Dinner Menu Highlights:
First Course: Panzanella salad with spring greens, heart-shaped mozzarella, tomatoes, basil, and Italian herb dressing
Second Course: Butternut squash ravioli in a chardonnay cream sauce with prosciutto and arugula
Entrée - Your choice of:
– Grilled striploin with red wine mushroom demi-glace, dauphinoise potatoes, and seasonal vegetables
– Prosciutto, spinach, ricotta & goat cheese stuffed chicken supreme with asiago cream sauce
– Vegan sweet potato lasagna layered with vegetables, plantain, and marinara
Dessert: Mayan chocolate crunch pyramid paired with a barrel-aged Ruby Reserve dessert wine
