Come and spend quality time creating paintings and sketches full of meaning & feeling at our Mother’s Day workshop hosted by artist Nina.

About this Event:

Nina is a practicing artist whose artwork has a distinct use of colour to evoke memories, nostalgia and feeling. Inspired by her non-representational landscapes this workshop encourages families to tell stories through art, be creative, and – most importantly – have fun. You will go home from the workshop with paintings and drawings of your own, feeling more connected.

This workshop is a part of City Flowers Garden Studio’s March programme for the exhibition, ‘Empathetic Wandering: Being With and Feeling Into' that includes the works of two Scottish artists Nina Price and Joy Jennings.

Facilitated by Robyn Scanlan and Sara Oussaiden.

This is a family-friendly event, workshop facilitators are PVG certified.Under 14's must have adult supervision.

*Tea, coffee and diluting juice available.

Feel free to bring along photographs or images of places you have been or colours or memories that evoke strong emotion for you that you would like to share with the group or use to inspire you on the day, this is not needed to take part in the session but may enrich it for you.
