Your opportunity to learn the skills to enable you to paint amazing waves (acrylics). Louise will show you how to capture the light and build the layers to capture the perfect wave. Cost includes all art materials needed, including a quality canvas, morning tea and drink and nibbles afterwards (BYO lunch).This workshop is suitable for all levels. No experience is necessary. Children 12 and over allowed with an accompanying adult).
Historic Settlers Cottage is located at 180 Pearson Street, Churchlands, is owned by the National Trust and currently used as Art Studios. The setting is idyllic, nestled close to the Herdsman Lake, surrounded by trees and wildlife. The venue for our workshops is in the adjacent Shelter area (outdoor undercover with weather protection) and on the shady verandahs of the cottage. This is the perfect way to enjoy art activities.
$130 per person includes:
*Guided step-by-step instruction and expert tuition from Louise will help you master this medium.
*Use of all materials provided including easel, stool, drawing materials, canvas, paints, brushes, palettes, water containers, rags and apron.
*Delicious morning tea. (BYO lunch)
*Glass of wine or bubbles and nibbles afterwards to celebrate your creation.
