Gain new insights into the Renaissance masters and how they achieved their color magic! Adrian Martinez offers each artist (beginners to professionals) five weeks of technical analysis along with real-time demonstrations vividly explaining the three essential stages of Renaissance oil painting. Beginning with a classic still life set up, each artist will complete a basic drawing and then move, when satisfied, to a grey toned under-painting in oil. After finishing this “grisaille”, many transparent and colorful oil glazes are added.
Adrian will guide your progress, taking into account each artist’s personal background and individual taste.
