About this Event
For Ages 7 to 9 – Throughout this class, students will explore a range of media such as painting with acrylics, watercolors, various printmaking methods, drawing, as well as poetry. By the end of the session, they will create a handmade book with a compilation of their projects in the class. Looking at the upcoming Armory Exhibition Terry Chatkupt: A Year for inspiration, students will be inspired to consider the landscape of Los Angeles, their everyday environment, the natural world around them, and more as they create 2-D artwork centered around painting, drawing, printmaking, and reflection. All supplies are provided and included in the price of the class.
