Join us for an evening for intuitive and soulful exploration, where we’ll use watercolor paints as a tool for excavating the Self and the unconscious contents of psyche. No artistic experience or skills required!
This workshop is about connecting with yourself and exploring the alchemical magic of paint, while sharing space with other lovely humans who value connection, curiosity, and inner work.
Hosted by Amber Marie Liliedahl:
Amber Marie Liliedahl is a multidisciplinary artist and tarot reader living and working in so-called Victoria BC. She was raised in Kamloops BC, and received a BFA from Emily Carr University of Art and Design, before moving to Victoria in 2017.
Her greatest passion is connecting with humans through the language of soul and symbol, which she does by offering tarot guidance sessions, facilitating therapeutic art workshops, and creating artwork that seeks to evoke the anima mundi-- the living spirit that runs through all things.
Her creative practice is rooted in an exploration of animistic philosophy, states of enchantment, and the intersection of the personal and collective unconscious.
Flora, femmes, symbols, and talismanic objects are all vessels for soulfulness in Amber’s world, which she brings to life through the traditional mediums of drawing, painting, and jewelry making.
