Get ready for a colorful autumn adventure! Join Kris for a hands-on workshop where you'll learn the art of painting gourds and pumpkins with pastels. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just starting out, this class is perfect for anyone looking to add a touch of fall flair to their artwork. Kris will provide a variety of fall gourds and pumpkins for a simple still life setup, but feel free to bring your own for a more personalized experience. You'll learn how to create beautiful washes with alcohol and paint pumpkins in vibrant, autumnal colors.
This workshop is a fun and relaxing way to spend an afternoon and create beautiful, one-of-a-kind works of art. Don't miss out on this opportunity to unleash your creativity and celebrate the season! Supplies are not included in the cost of the workshop.
Please note that our classes are typically held in the lower level of Arlene's. Because access to the lower level is available only by stair, please let us know if using the stairs presents any difficulty for you in advance of the class so we can make alternate arrangements. We want to make sure everyone is able to enjoy and participate in our classes.
