Glaze for a Cause🎨Join us for an inspiring evening of creativity and community at Fat Cat Pottery in downtown Grand Junction. At this special MCWN mixer, you’ll have the opportunity to glaze a ceramic bowl that will be donated to the Empty Bowls Fundraiser—an annual event supporting Catholic Outreach’s Soup Kitchen, which serves hundreds of meals daily to those in need.
No experience is necessary, and Fat Cat Pottery owner Jo Chavez, with over 20 years of ceramics expertise, will guide you through the glazing process. A variety of hand-crafted bowls will be available to choose from, and your finished piece will serve as both a contribution to a meaningful cause and a reminder of the impact we can make together.
This event is FREE for every attendee as all bowls will be donated. If you wish to keep yours, you can pay Fat Cat for the cost located on the bowl.
