creative wellness!
This workshop is for those of you who are ready
to connect to your inner peace, while
discovering your inner artist. Yes! You have
an inner artist and this workshop will help you
free them.
This workshop is lead by artist and Paint Your
Peace founder Jennifer Jarvis. She will gently
guide you through color mixing and abstract
painting exercises which will introduce you to;
the medium of acrylic paints, the process of
painting as a healing modality, the ability to
connect to your inner resources and disconnect
from stress, all while building your confidence
in your ability to artistically express yourself.
No experience needed. All painting supplies
