Painting 2: Adv Beg Painting in watercolor and acrylic

Painting 2: Adv Beg Painting in Watercolor & Acrylic is a six-week course designed for students with basic painting experience who want to further develop their skills. The class explores advanced beginner techniques in both watercolor and acrylic, focusing on layering, composition, and expressive brushwork. Lessons include guided projects and personal exploration, with an emphasis on refining technique and creative expression.

Info: Each evening class will begin with an introduction to painting materials and technique practices. Students will each be given a small watercolor sketchbook during the first class to practice technique demonstrated with the instructor. Instructor will also demonstrate a different project each week. Projects will include botanical, watercolor, painting, abstract, painting, color theory, using acrylic paint and a final project of the students choice.

Info: A new painting technique and project will be demonstrated and introduced each week. All students will have the remaining time of class to work independently on their projects with available to guide and answer any questions.
