Artists, jokesters and pumpkin lovers - ready your paint brushes! Whether you’re a seasoned painter or just love getting crafty with color, this is your chance to turn an ordinary pumpkin into a show-stopping masterpiece. Pumpkins must be smaller than 12 inches in diameter. Submissions will be split into two categories: ages 0 - 12 and ages 13 and up.Entries will be accepted and displayed at the Library from October 1 - 24. Patrons will vote for their favorite pumpkin from October 27 - October 31.
To kick off the contest, join the Library team for a drop-in friendly Pumpkin Painting Workshop on October 2 from 2 - 4 p.m. Painting supplies will be provided but you must bring your own pumpkin.
Cost: Free!
Complete an entry form and turn it in when you drop off your pumpkin.
