After a long winter, Powell Gardens welcomes Painted Garden (April 26 – June 15). Celebrate the joy and color spreading across the Gardens with inventive botanical displays, spring blooms, and works of art. Rooted in Kansas City’s art community with new work by Tyler Kimball (Monarch Glass Studio) and other artwork by local artists, Powell Gardens invites you to imagine the Garden as a gallery this spring. Featured artist, Tyler Kimball, will display his work Growth in the glass-domed Conservatory. Constructed of blown glass, step into another world where light and color abound.
