Are you ready to get messy with your kiddos? During this 2 hour workshop we will warm up with a short fun meditation, stretch, & snacks!. Then we will take to our canvas and prep for painting with our bodies. Once our canvas is ready and we have selected our paint colors - we will each move our bodies around our canvas to create a unique piece. You can move and use your body to paint OR you can use the stencils & stickers provided to tape out a design. There are NO RULES! The paint we will be using is non-toxic and washable. This event will be held outside! There are no age limits.Options for your canvas:
We will build a frame for it
We can install grommets & rope to hang it
You can take it just as it is
What to wear & bring:
Wear old clothing or items you do not mind being stained - even though the paint is washable - you never know!
Bring a set of clothes to change into after
A towel you do not mind being stained
An open mind
I will provide each participant with a 5x5 canvas, paint, and clean up supplies. You will also get to choose what to do with your canvas. Spots are very limited in this workshop.
**Please note that you will not be able to take your canvas home the same day ,as it does need 24 hours to dry. If you have opted for a frame or hanging - your canvas will be ready within 7 days **
