We understand that life happens, but we kindly ask that you adhere to our refund policy:
50% refund for those who don't send a photo
100% refund if you need to back out more than 3 days prior
No refund for no-shows or cancellations within 3 days of the event after sending a photo.
To ensure smooth communication, please provide us with your email address upon sign-up. In case we don't receive your pet's photo, we'll reach out to you promptly.
